March 2026 brought the acquisition of Crest Lets, a well regarded property management firm based in Anlaby, East Yorkshire. This acquisition represents another exciting chapter in our growth, further strengthening our presence and increasing the number of landlords and tenants we look after across the region.
In June 2025, we successfully completed the acquisition of Liberty Lets, a well-established property management company. This strategic move was a key step in our plan to expand our management portfolio into Lincolnshire, extending our presence across the Humber Bridge.
We've successfully completed the acquisition of the Peregrine Property lettings portfolio, adding roughly 8% to our business overnight.
We're proud to announce the acquisition of Cooper & Roman. A big welcome to all their landlords and tenants, who will now be looked after by our lettings business, Ultralets.
We’re delighted to have grown our Ultralets lettings portfolio by 43% after welcoming the tenants and landlords of Riverside Property.
We’re pleased to announce that as of the 1st of June, we have taken over the lettings portfolio of Our House Estate Agents in Hornsea.
We’re delighted to announce that we have acquired HPS Lettings and Management in Hornsea, with the lettings portfolio moving over to Ultralets.
On February 1st 2022, Ultralets officially welcomed all of the HHG landlords and tenants into the fold in a smooth transition of ownership.
As of 1st November 2021, our letting agency brand, Ultralets, took over the responsibility of managing all the rental properties from Bright Homes (Hull) Ltd.
We were delighted to acquire the property rental portfolio of Spring Estate Agents in April 2019.
