March 2026 brought the acquisition of Crest Lets, a well regarded property management firm based in Anlaby, East Yorkshire. This acquisition represents another exciting chapter in our growth, further strengthening our presence and increasing the number of landlords and tenants we look after across the region.
Crest Lets has long been known for its dedicated service and local expertise. When the owner, Lorraine Etherington, decided the time was right to move on, she wanted to ensure that the business she had built was placed in the hands of a team that shared her values and commitment to excellence.
Having spent years building strong, trust based relationships with her landlords, Lorraine sought an established letting agent who would treat her clients with the same level of care and professionalism they had come to expect. Lorraine spoke to a few agents in the area, but ultimately chose Synergy Forward after meeting with Managing Director, Spencer Wood.
