Liberty Lets

In June 2025, we successfully completed the acquisition of Liberty Lets, a well-established property management company. This strategic move was a key step in our plan to expand our management portfolio into Lincolnshire, extending our presence across the Humber Bridge.

While we previously managed a handful of units in the area, this acquisition has significantly strengthened our position, bringing our total management count in North Lincolnshire to 150+ properties.

Central to the success of this acquisition was the deep respect we held for the seller's long-standing business practices. The seller had cultivated incredible relationships with his landlords over many years, and his top priority throughout the sale process was ensuring that his customer base would be well looked after. He sought reassurance that his legacy and his clients would be in safe, capable hands.

Our team made personal calls to each of the landlords to introduce ourselves and provide reassurance about the transition - we had a 0% drop off of custom from transferred landlords when we informed them using this process. It’s something we do in every acquisition, but was particularly well-received in this scenario.

This direct, personal contact proved to be invaluable, as both the seller and the customer base have felt reassured every step of the way.

Our experience in handling multiple acquisitions in the past allowed us to make the process as seamless as possible. We applied a methodical workflow to manage the transfer of properties and documentation, all while retaining a personal, welcoming touch.
